Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker Jai Kishen has been stabbed to death in Delhi’s Model Town area allegedly by a party councillor.

According to media reports, the incident happened late on Tuesday night after Jai Kishen had heated arguments with Madhav Prasad. Prasad is a sitting BJP

t was a day of high drama for Kingfisher. CNBC-TV18′s Karma Paljor learns that the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has not yet taken any decisive action against the battered airline.  After it’s meeting with the company’s CEO and other officials, Bharat Bhushan of DGCA says 28 out of the total 64 aircrafts are still operational and they have asked the company to submit a revised flight schedule. BRISBANE: The controversial rotation policy, which has sparked of a heated debate among critics and speculation of a rift within the team, took a more confusing turn on Tuesday with Virender Sehwag saying he did not know that fielding abilities had anything to do with it.

In an apparent dig at skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Sehwag said that he or any of the senior players had never been told that their ‘slow fielding’ was an issue.

Every non-Congress government and Mamata Banerjee had complained that the National Counter Terrorism Centre or NCTC has been granted powers that encroach upon strictly state turf.

KOLLAM: A court here today permitted police to search the Italian ship Enrica Lexie to seize the arms allegedly used by the two onboard naval guards to shoot and kill two Indian fishermen.

Judicial magistrate Dony Thomas issued the order on a petition filed by SP Daniel Christie to enable the investigators to enter the ship, anchored off the Kochi port, and seize the murder weapons.

Valentine Jalastine and Ajeesh Binki were shot dead allegedly by marines on the ship on February 15 off Kollam coast.
